Rights granted to the AIEJ

For open-access titles published in the AI Ethics Journal, the AIEJ is granted the following rights:

- The exclusive right to publish and distribute an article, and to grant rights to others, including for commercial purposes.

- The AIEJ will apply the CC BY 4.0 license to articles published by the AIEJ.

- The right of distribution of the content in all formats and media to enable its perennial relevancy even on the latest technologies.

- The authority to enforce an author's rights in the article against third parties, such as in the event of plagiarism or copyright infringement.
